Rusty’s SUP’s are designed to surf. The 10’10” has a slight release in the nose and a flat entry. The center of the board has a light concave leading to a double-barrel Vee going into the fins. This board is flat off the back.
All boards feature a tight bottom radius on the rails. This helps the board maintain stability and to get the board up and planning more efficiently.
This is a proven, go-to, bottom design for surfboards that has stood the test of time for decades. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” The 10’10” is constructed of Thermal Epoxy Compression (TEC).
This design generates a lot of speed yet enables the rider to make smooth, controlled, rail-to-rail transitions with minimal effort.
For years, Rusty has been hand-crafting boards for larger surfers such as himself for whom the typical shortboard is useless. Rusty’s 10’10” SUP is perfect for the beginner to advanced SUP rider approximately 220 lbs or more; or for beginners of all sizes and flat water paddling!
